Daniel J. Fleming - Partner
Daniel J. Fleming graduated from Michigan State University in 1982 with High Honors, and from Wayne State University Law School in 1985. Dan has extensive experience litigating personal injury and property claims in state and federal courts. His areas of legal concentration include automobile negligence, slip and falls, and insurance fraud claims involving PIP, property damage, fire loss, theft, and water damage. Dan is Martindale Hubbell AV rated by his peers and the Judiciary, which is the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standing.
Dan enjoys a good golf or basketball game and has recently developed an interest in yoga. Lastly, but most importantly, Dan is the proud father of three young adults and enjoys hanging out with his kids, as much as they will let him.
