Daniel J. Fleming graduated from Michigan State University in 1982 with High Honors and from Wayne State Law School in 1985. Dan has extensive experience litigating personal injury and commercial claims in state and federal courts. His areas of legal concentration include automobile negligence, personal protection insurance ("PIP"), and insurance fraud. Dan has extensive experience litigating a wide-variety of fraud claims involving PIP, property damage, fire loss, theft, and water damage.
