Firm History
Moblo & Fleming, P.C. was formed in March 1994 by shareholders Richard Moblo and Daniel Fleming. At the outset, the firm focused on representing insurance companies and their customers. There is, and always has been, an emphasis on auto litigation. Michael J. Watt was named as a Partner on January 1, 2007.
Since its inception, the firm has remained sophisticated and capable of handling complex legal matters. We are a dynamic, result-oriented, and responsive law firm that has established an excellent reputation for conscientious and reasonably priced legal services for our clients. At our firm, attorneys don't hide behind an e-mail address, voice mail, or a secretary. We are never too busy to respond to your needs and demands as a client.
